Today you'll find grocery and kirana stores, supermarkets, fresh vegetables and fruits, dairy, bakery, snacks and beverages, personal care and household shops. Indigroo isn't limited to those, though — the platform is built so any local shop can register, and categories such as electronics, mobile and accessories, stationery and books, fashion, hardware and home and kitchen are onboarding next.
Indigroo shows every registered shop within a 10 km radius of the location you set, ranked by real distance — the nearest shop is always at the top of your list. Each shop card shows its true distance in kilometres, its delivery time and its delivery fee before you tap.
We don't run dark stores. Every order goes to an actual shop in your neighbourhood — a kirana, a general store, a supermarket, a bazaar. You see every registered shop within 10 km of you, ranked by real distance, and we aren't limited to grocery: any local shop can register as we open more categories. The people packing your order are the same people you'd walk to.
UPI and cash on delivery. Pay by UPI ID, or tap through into any of 20+ UPI apps you already have — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, CRED, BHIM, Amazon Pay, Navi, Slice, Jupiter and bank apps. Cash on delivery also supports QR payment at the door. Every bill shows subtotal, delivery fee, platform fee and taxes before you pay.
Every order has a full status timeline — Placed, Confirmed, Packing, Ready for pickup, Partner assigned, Out for delivery, Delivered — plus a live map with your rider's real position and ETA. You'll also see your delivery partner's name, phone, vehicle type and number.
A 4-digit code shown in your app once the order is on its way. Your delivery partner verifies it at handover, so an order can only be completed by you.
Download Indigroo Plus and register with your phone number and OTP. Add your store name, category, address and landmark, verify your GPS location, and set your open and close timings. Indigroo Plus shows a settlement schedule for both shops and riders: monthly and daily earnings, settled versus pending amounts, and the next payout date with its amount. Settlements are automated and paid into the verified bank account on file.
